Competitor testimonials

Here's what some of the 2015 competitors said:

Olga, Anne, Donna and Caroline, The Trail Beyond

“The event was superbly run; the course was challenging and spectacular; the support and information you provided throughout the 4 days was exceptional; and best of all, we had a blast. We would highly recommend this event to everyone - seriously, EVERYONE! There is a short course and a long course, and both will give you an experience of a lifetime. Thank you.”

Lauri Wild, Somerton Park, SA

"It was fantastic. I can’t believe I actually managed to finish it. It was well organised, magnificent trails and I’d recommend it to anyone. It was so much fun."

John Bauer, Melbourne

“Thank you for a wonderful 4 days on the Larapinta. George and I have come away from it with a sense of profound satisfaction; at the ability of our bodies to actually run for 4 days, the great camaraderie of the participants and the crew, and the wonderful surroundings of the trail.

“It was a real pleasure. The team did an outstanding job creating the new event, coaxing us through it, and above all creating a feeling that mere mortals like George and I felt comfortable and supported.”

Peter Hynd, Sydney
