Corporate Teams

Battle of the Businesses

Lorne Adventure Fest teamOkay, we all know that exercise is good for you and leads to better productivity at work, less stress and less sick leave. And we all know that a well-working team is worth it's weight in gold.

Enter your business team into the Lorne Adventure Race or Lorne Mini 'Battle of the Businesses' and not only do you get the team building and healthy / fitness outcomes from participation, but also some great exposure for your business through the event!

In simple terms the 'Battle of the Businesses' is just a corporate category where different businesses can compete against each other in their own category.

Enter in teams of 2, 3 or 4 (guys, girls or mixed), and you all do the final Beach Run together.

There's no extra cost and you can enter as many teams as you like. Once you enter, we'll in touch to grab some key details so we can spruik your business as follows:

  • Post your company logo onto the event website along with a 25 word description of what you do and a quote on why you have entered a team
  • Include your company logo on a page of the event program, which is emailed to all competitors before the event
  • Take out an advertisement in the Surf Coast Times newspaper including all businesses logos and thanking them for their involvement.

It might even be worth touching base with your work social club or the HR department to see if your business will sponsor your team entry fee! If you need help selling the benefits to your boss, just let us know and we'll help pitch the idea - phone 03 5261 5511 or email [email protected]

When you enter your team, make sure you tick the 'Battle of the Businesses' box and enter the name of your organisation in the text box. We'll then contact you to get your logo, business description and quote.
