2013 STAGE RACE REVIEWS

WELCOME

Australia's iconic Red Centre is set to host a feast of multi-day mountain biking goodness with the award-winning Ingkerreke Commercial MTB Enduro* packing in five days of incredible riding along the sweet single tracks and trails that explore the inspiring landscapes of the MacDonnell Ranges, near Alice Springs, NT.

Riders will race through seven stages, enjoying the camaraderie of a shared challenge, no doubt emerging from the red dust and dirt with mountain biking tales tall and true (retold with poetic licence while recovering around the hotel pool each afternoon).

What 5 day, 7 stage mountain bike stage race
When 19th to 23th May 2014
Where Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia
Why For the MTB experience of your life

The Ingkerreke Commercial MTB Enduro (ICME) captures the spirit of the Red Centre by leading riders on a true off-road journey through the heart of Australia – complete with dust, sweat and tears along single tracks and 4wd trails that offer plenty of riding variety over the course of the week's riding.

Alice Springs is surrounded by kilometre after kilometre of hand built single track made especially for mountain bikes, which combined with the expanding network of 4WD tracks, dirt roads and access tracks, delivers is plenty of adrenalie-pumping riding in a place where the sun always shines.

C'mon, come eat up some serious dust with us in Australia's stunning heartland.

* The 2011 event won the NT Tourism Brolga Award for the BEST FESTIVAL OR EVENT in the Northern Territory in a coup for mountain biking and tourism in the state. (Woohoo!)
