Weights for Kayaking

We've had a number of questions from people asking for some tips on kayak-specific exercises and weight training. Linked below you'll find a list of our favourite exercises that are designed to strengthen the muscle groups that are important for kayaking.

When you get into it you'll realise thast kayaking is not that hard at all and that it will complement your swimming when you get back in the water.
