Interstate Competitors
Rapid Ascent will reserve 10% of the field for interstate competitors for the event. If these entries have not been taken up by interstate competitors before September 21st 2012 they will be release to the waiting list on a first come first served basis. Names will be added to the waiting list ONLY via e-mail sent to admin@rapidascent.com.au.

We will accept entries after 12:00pm on WednesdayOctober 31stover the telephone (03 5261 5511) and at the registration marquee in the Adventure Expo in the Turner Caravan Park on Friday November 2ndbetween 5:00pm and 8:00pm and on Saturday between 8:00am and 10:00am. Entries submitted after 12:00pm on Wednesday October 31st will incur a $30 late fee on top of the fees listed below.

Unless sold out prior we will accept entries after 12:00pm on WednesdayOctober 31stover the telephone (03 5261 5511) and at the registration marquee in the Adventure Expo in the Turner Caravan Park on Saturday between 12:30pm and3:00pm. Entries submitted after 12:00pm on Wednesday October 31stwill incur a $10 extra late fee on top of the fees listed below.

Half price entry for New Zealand residents - terms and conditions:
- The half price offer applies to all events conducted at each of the Anaconda Adventure Race weekends (Noosa, Augusta and Lorne) so include the premier Anaconda Adventure Race, Anaconda Mini and Anaconda Junior Survivor
- The half price entry is available for individual competitors, pairs and teams where the majority of competitors are New Zealand residents (so if a team of 4 people, 3 must be from NZL)
- To qualify as a New Zealand resident you must live in New Zealand for at least 6 months of the year and provide proof of residency if requested
- Half price entries for race #2 at Augusta must be submitted before September 21st 2012 in order to qualify and the international / interstate entry allowance is limited to 10% of the field (75 entries)

Rapid Ascent Refund policy
- If a competitor withdraws more than 2 weeks prior to the event: Credit towards a subsequent event less an administration fee which will be 75% of the cash refund offered - see below. You must inform us in writing (email is sufficient) before this time. (admin@rapidascent.com.au) Any payment for Personal Accident Insurance or SMS results service will be refunded in full.
- If a competitor withdraws more than 2 weeks prior to the event: Refund can be offered less an administration fee of 20% of the entry fee paid with a minimum of $10 and a maximum of $40. You must inform us in writing (email is sufficient) before this time. (admin@rapidascent.com.au) Any payment for Personal Accident Insurance or SMS results service will be refunded in full.
- If a competitor withdraws less than 2 weeks prior to event: No refund
- In the event that the race is cancelled due to extreme climatic conditons, no refund will be given.

Entries are NOT transferrable. We generously allow you to make changes to your entries including your names which makes it pretty hard to stop automatically, however we keep a log of all changes and compare the initial entry with the registration listing. In the case of team entries, at least one team member must remain the same as when initially entered.

Changes to team composition may be done by e-mailing claire@rapidascent.com.au until two weeks prior to event day. After that, an administration fee will apply and there are no guarantees that the correct names will be included in the program or results. Please contact us if you have an urgent change in the last week.

Changes that affect categories or entry fee pricing MUST be communicated to Rapid Ascent, failure to abide may result in disqualification.

Changes to a team which result in an increase or decrease in entry fee will require the difference to be paid or refunded.

Changes to a team which result in an decrease in entry fee will not be refunded within 2 weeks prior to the event.

Payment for online entries is via 128-bit encrypted credit card transaction.
